Little Rock, AR – August 2015 – Best Association Management has been awarded the contract to provide management services to the Arkansas Asphalt Pavement Association (AAPA) and will be working with their Executive Director Guy Washburn. Washburn connected with Anne Fuller, President of Best Management, through the Arkansas Society of Association Executives(ASAE).

AAPA was formed in 2000 with the purpose of promoting education, communication, design, research and education within the asphalt industry. AAPA maintains close bonds with the Highway Department and theAssociated General Contractors of Arkansas (AGC), and is also active in the National Asphalt Pavement Association. Washburn also acts as a lobbyist for the association, keeping the AAPA membership informed about relevant legislature. AAPA holds several events throughout the year for education, recreation, and networking.
