Anne Fuller

President and Founder

Anne Fuller, a visionary leader with over 30 years of nonprofit management experience, is the President and Founder of Best Association Management. Starting with just three clients at her kitchen table, Anne has grown the company into a trusted partner for over 25 nonprofit organizations.

Her dedicated team, with a combined century of expertise, has guided clients through economic challenges, the COVID-19 pandemic, and shifts in funding and member engagement, ensuring their sustained success. A Texas A&M graduate with degrees in horticulture and business management, Anne is a respected figure in the association management community. She is a past president of the Arkansas Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and an active Rotarian, having served as president of her local club.

Outside of her professional life, Anne is passionate about plein air painting, gardening, piano, and genealogy. She cherishes time with her two grown children, four grandchildren, and exploring new destinations through travel.

Jeff Borg

Company Promotion and Sales

Jeff Borg joined Best Association Management in December 2024, bringing extensive experience in sales, marketing, membership engagement, and organizational growth. As the son of founder Anne Fuller, Jeff combines a strong professional background with a deep appreciation for the role associations play in building connections, advancing industries, and serving their members.

A University of Arkansas graduate, Jeff returned to Little Rock after spending more than a decade in Park City, Utah. He works closely with association boards and volunteer leaders to strengthen membership, enhance communications, grow event participation, and support long-term organizational success.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys cycling, trail running, spending time on the lake, and exploring Arkansas’ outdoor opportunities with his wife and three children. He is passionate about building relationships, serving clients, and helping organizations create meaningful value for their members.

Marilyn Porterfield

Director of Client Services & Executive Director

Marilyn Porterfield is Director of Client Services and an Executive Director with Best Association Management, bringing more than 20 years of experience in association management and client partnerships. In her leadership role, she supports nonprofit associations and trade groups through strategic planning, operational excellence, and member engagement. Marilyn is known for her thoughtful leadership, attention to detail, and relationship-driven approach.

Her background includes extensive experience working with association boards and committees, managing meetings and events, and guiding organizations through growth and change.

A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, Marilyn earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations. She resides in Conway, Arkansas, with her husband and two sons, and together they own Ace Hardware stores in Conway and Morrilton, where they have a strong commitment to serving their local communities.

Celia Blasier

Graphic Design

Celia Blasier, the team’s graphic artist, earned her degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburg. She also has a BS in English/Technical Writing from Eastern Michigan University. Celia is a member of West Little Rock Rotary Club, sustaining member of both the Junior League of LR and the 20th Century Club, and is on the Children’s Tumor Foundation advisory board. She has two grown children, two grandsons, and enjoys exercising, dancing, and traveling with her husband.

Laura Blocker

Finance Manager

Laura has been with Best since 2013. She has a degree in Business and keeps all of Best Management’s clients’ books in tip-top shape! Laura lives in Vilonia with her husband and dog. Their daughter, son & daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren live close by and visit often.

Renee Carr

Account Executive & Executive Assistant

Renee has been with Best Association Management since September 2014. She works closely with clients helping in areas of communication, data entry, financial and more. Born in Norman, Oklahoma and living in three additional states during her youth, Renee brings to her position a wide variety of experience both culturally and professionally. Renee lives in Little Rock with her daughter. She enjoys time with her daughter, walking with her dogs, preparing for special holidays and visiting with family and friends.

Kathryn Tennison

Account Executive

Kathryn Tennison has been with Best Management since 2016. She has a BA in English and an MFA in Creative Writing. Kathryn lives in Bryant with her husband, two cats, and one enormous dog. In her free time, she enjoys reading, jogging, and experimenting with vegan recipes.
